Wheelacart (Pty) Ltd – Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
 
We accept returns under the following conditions:
 
– **Notification Period:** Customers must notify us of their intent to return an item within 3 days of receiving the product.
 
Condition of Goods: 
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
 
Return Window: 
Returned items must reach us within 10 working days from the date of delivery.
 
 
 
2. Return Process
 
To initiate a return:
 
1. Contact Us: 
Email our customer service at admin@wheelacart.co.za within 3 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for return.
 
2. Return Authorization: 
Await confirmation and instructions from our team before sending the item back.
 
3. Shipping
Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization.
 
Note: Customers are responsible for the courier charges associated with returning the item to us.
 
 
 
3. Refunds
 
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item:
 
Approval: 
If the return meets our criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
 
Processing Time: 
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
 
4. Non-Returnable Items :
 
Certain items are exempt from being returned:
 
– Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.
 
– Items returned after the 10-working-day window.
 
5. Defective or Damaged Goods
 
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):
 
Defective Products:

Return Shipping:
In cases of defective or damaged goods, Wheelacart (Pty) Ltd will cover the return shipping costs.
 
6. Cooling-Off Period for Direct Marketing
 
If a purchase was made as a result of direct marketing, customers have a **5-day cooling-off period** from the date of delivery to cancel the purchase without penalty, as per Section 16 of the CPA.
